Harvest 2025 at Longplay Wine -

Harvest was pretty fast this year in the fabulous Chehalem Mountains. It's been an interesting year. August was generally cooler than usual, but September has been a roller coaster with both unseasonably hot and unseasonably cool temperatures. We had very little rain and a few heat waves this summer...

Last pick of 2024 - some 828 and Mariafeld - both tend to be a bit later to ripen and we think that's a good thing. One fermenter 100 percent destemmed, the other 100 percent whole cluster. The fruit was super clean and very tasty.
