Yesterday, Liam Tobeler and Doug Gertsema had the pleasure of taking our longtime customer, Timothy Carder, CHEP, Chief of Security at Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center, out to lunch to celebrate his retirement starting tomorrow!

SWC is proud to be part of a project that is truly making a difference!

Riley Children's Foundation is preparing to open Indiana’s first Pediatric Medical-Behavioral Health Unit, an innovative facility designed to support children with complex medical and behavioral health needs. SWC is honored to have contributed to the safety infrastructure of this unique environment through Rauland Nurse Call and CenTrak Staff Duress solutions.

This project is a reminder that technology is about more than systems and devices. It's about creating safer environments where caregivers can provide care, staff can feel protected, and patients can heal.

It's time to shine the spotlight on some Players of the Month! These guys have shown up in big ways recently and we want to recognize them!

First up is Jeff Doering & Micheal Veal out of our Decatur branch.

They completed some amazing work on a recent jail upgrade including:
- Identifying and safely removing abandoned wiring, eliminating hazards and confusion for the client.
- Labeling and organizing remaining wiring, streamlining future maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Going above and beyond project requirements, leaving the facility in optimal condition.

Their dedication, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach not only earned special commendation from our customer but also set a standard for all of us!

Out of our Evansville/Newburgh office, we have Jason Goodlow. Jason has seamlessly transitioned from Senior Technician to Project Manager, leveraging his extensive field experience to guide both himself and our technician teams to successful project completions. His ability to translate hands-on knowledge into effective project leadership ensures that our operations team consistently delivers high-quality, detail-oriented results.

Way to go and thank you all for your dedication to SWC! It has not gone unnoticed. 👏

Zach Tutwiler and Heather Ducheney were back out again this week, representing SWC at the Associated Builders and Contractors - Greater Tennessee Emerging Leaders event at the Nashville Sounds game last night! Although the Sounds came up short on the scoreboard, it was still a fantastic opportunity to network with builders and contractors, exchange insights, and strengthen industry relationships.
