On display for showtime! The door animals I painted two years ago and the school laminated them to use year after year and this year I painted the backdrop on canvas for them to use for future years to come. I adore this show and this was our families third with one more to go in another to years! What should I paint for 2028?

Completed a 12ftX15ft canvas mural for the kindergarten performance ‘Down on the Farm’ at Earths Elementary. They do it every year and hope this is able to get many years use! A labor of love and about 35 hours over Spring Break this past week. downonthefarm

Learned a lot about Mexico working with my daughter and her Girl Scout troop this year for their Thinking Day. I love drawing out these posters each year and having them color it while learning 🫶🏻 🇲🇽

About ready to celebrate our families last birthday of the year…our soon to be six year old doesn’t love How to Train Your Dragon, she loves the love story between Toothless the Night Fury and Light Fury and the little baby dragons. Among the homemade Christmas decorations, DIY gifts for teachers, sourdough bread gifts and hosting Thanksgiving, I had to find time to make her these paintings for her birthday party next weekend. Still trying to decide if I will cut them out or leave them as is for photo ops. I hope that our kids will always remember how EXTRA and CRAZY their mama was….and how little she slept.

Thrift store remake let this be the symbolism the embodies motherhood; we will give everything we have even if we are dying/dead & bleeding ourselves to give our children what they need!
