Look at the before & after - absolutely beautiful.
After trees were taken down, we dug out the remaining roots, fixed the pipe that was broken underneath trees, dug out a lot of the bed soil, brought a new bed mix, transplanted a Japanese maple and brought in a few smaller pines and planted them. Finished putting the barn stone around the beds, split the beds on both sides of the walkway- made half into grass and the other half back into a bed.
Bed in the cubby hole - everything was taken out, brought in new bed mix and leveled bed, brought in a couple new little pines and planted them, spread out grass seed and covered with peat moss...
