From the very beginning of my executive coaching and leadership development practice, I’ve held firm to a core belief: I should do the work I ask my clients to do.

That means growing, transforming, and being honest about what success looks like at each new stage, and having the courage to act on it.

So often, we keep pushing forward with what has worked before, even when the landscape, our motivations, and what we truly need have shifted. I know that pattern well, because I’ve lived it.

I’m stepping back from social media while I do some meaningful behind-the-scenes work — building new High Impact programs and offerings that reflect where I’m headed next. In the meantime, I’ll continue showing up fully for my clients in the coaching, team, and leadership development work that is very much my sweet spot.

When I return from this intentional pause, I’ll have something worth sharing to keep the journey of leadership development fresh and fulfilling. 🤍
