One of my favorite reminders from Atomic Habits:

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”

This principle applies to leadership just as much as it does to personal growth.

Many leaders focus on outcomes, stronger teams, better communication, higher performance. but lasting results come from the systems, habits, and behaviors that support those goals every day.
