The crazy part about this is I spoke with her several times! I called her. I texted her. I have proof of all those things! She is mad because I did not replace shirts that she pressed! We did not press the shirts. We do not know if the shirts had enough pressure if the shirts had enough heat we don't know the situation with the shirts if they were damp… Just because you press before it does not mean that you did it right every single time! My guess is I didn't get a second press things happen. I understand that. We replaced the Prints no problems no questions asked! We will never replace shirts that we did not press! If you want to have your shirts warranty, basically we will press them. We will also charge for them. Otherwise, I guess people can leave terrible reviews for people that have given amazing and excellent service. I just don't understand when people act like this because I did everything I could to help make her successful.
⭐ 1 Star (Only because zero isn’t an option)
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating from start to finish.
It started when I called to check on a time-sensitive reprint order after receiving no notification that it was ready. The listed business number apparently goes to someone’s personal cell phone, and rather than getting a simple answer about whether my order was ready, I was told to email them. I was promised a callback that never came. After calling again an hour later, I still couldn’t get a straight answer. Eventually, I was told the prints still had banding issues, but supposedly the printer wasn’t the problem. Their proposed solution was to send the order to Oklahoma City to be printed elsewhere. If the printer wasn’t the issue, why would that be necessary?
I eventually drove to the store myself, where the prints appeared to have been corrected. No communication, no update, nothing.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t even the worst part. The original transfers that I had already used on customer orders, and all eight shirts began peeling after their first wear. I’m now left replacing eight shirts at my own expense and dealing with understandably unhappy customers.
When I contacted the business about the issue, the response was essentially that they didn’t believe it was their fault. They offered to test a print themselves, but had already suggested the problem wasn’t on their end before conducting any testing.
I’ve successfully used their transfers before, which makes the immediate dismissal of my concerns even more frustrating.
Mistakes happen. Equipment malfunctions. Products can be defective. I understand all of that. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service.
As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine handling a customer’s legitimate concerns this way. It’s not just about defective prints anymore. It’s about how a business chooses to treat its customers when something goes wrong.
Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning.
