Another strong week of progress at the Gilbane NOAA project!

The SJC Excavating crew is wrapping up final site preparations ahead of paving this weekend, including setting drainage structures, fine grading, compaction, and putting the finishing touches on the site.

Excellent work by everyone on site—we're looking forward to seeing the next phase come together!

Our family of companies was proud to participate in the Bring Back the Trades Inc event in Meredith, NH, connecting with students, educators, and community members to highlight the many rewarding career opportunities available in the skilled trades.

From construction and excavation to signage, building supplies, and project management, we enjoyed sharing how each of our companies plays a role in building stronger communities across New England.

Events like these are a great opportunity to inspire the next generation of tradespeople and show that there are countless paths to a successful and fulfilling career.
