I met with a client yesterday and watched her do what we have all done in our past when we felt like we were drowning;
She took the position of the hourly team members that were missing, smiled through the exhaustion while I recognized the look of defeat.

It’s okay to feel defeated; it’s okay to feel lost after doing all the things you used to do and not understand why it’s not working anymore.
But more importantly, it is okay to take a step back and ask for help.
