Last Wednesday (09/23/26) Brett, along with other members of The National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA), were present for Governor Brian Kemp to proclaim that September is Life Insurance Awareness Month in Georgia!

As financial planners, our office uses many tools to plan for both the expected and unexpected. Life Insurance is a vital tool that allows us to protect the financial future, our businesses, and most importantly our families. We thank NAIFA Georgia and Governor Kemp again for promoting the importance of life insurance and financial planning!

Our office has been BUSY to say the least the past few weeks. Figured it was time for some updates!

First up is our Sips and Social Security event earlier this month at The Lunatic Chick Boutique and W**e Bar. An evening of w**e, charcuterie, and thoughtful discussion surrounding Social Security and Medicare.

So many questions were asked and answered all in a comfortable setting.

Our office is excited to announce that our Advisor, Nick Krajniak, has attained his CFP® certification, the standard in financial planning, and has been authorized by CFP Board to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® certification marks.

The CFP® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of CFP Board, including having successfully completed financial planning coursework at an accredited college or university and passed the 6-hour comprehensive CFP® certification exam. On Thursday (7/30/26), our office also participated in the annual new teacher breakfast at the The Donald W. Nixon Centre for Performing & Visual Arts! We met many new faces starting at Coweta County schools and we were able to hand out some classroom supplies to the new teachers along with our desk calendars!

This is an event we look forward to every year and are happy to participate in.

This week our office was able to participate in the Cougar Cookout at Newnan High School! All the feeder schools to Newnan High School and other community partners joined in to help distribute school supplies.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve the community we call home! Go Cougars!
