To often when I enter into a company to help correct their fit! One of the contributing factors and other problems are knowing the right specs in your tech packs, sending only sketches to China is a big mistake!
Do Not leave it to China to send you the patterns pieces and their specs to you!
China and many manufactures, do not understand the Demographics of body shapes!
Trying to cut cost, rushing and shortcuts to save money and time, they will cut off your slope, send wide necks and long armholes! Major fit problems arise from this, so be aware!

Many startups & companies please when it comes to fit, do not try and save money on the front end, because you will eat it on the back end with your fit, and merchandise returns!
Either way, pay the fit model to get the right fit and establish your blocks and specks first to get started.

Make sure you have a middle man in the offshore companies who speak the language and hold these manufactures accountable!

Make sure your contracts have the understanding of charge backs for poor quality, often these manufactures do not even make the corrections you have asked them to do, before you know it your production before your T, O,P,s are on the boat! OUCH!

Most Companies I fit for, have the problems of balance in a garment that comes from the armhole, neck, side seam and reach in bringing up the point of the side seam, reducing the armhole length and taking in the width of the bust will correct so many issues, to much slope, long armholes gives you the batwings on the sides!
