Claims aren't always paid right when they are submitted. It takes organization, follow up, and a determined team to make sure all claims and payments are followed up on until they are paid. Disorganization is a huge contributor to claims and payments (therefore revenue for your facility) slipping through the cracks. Since claims and payments often need to be appealed, it's crucial to have organized data so claims can be followed up on until they are paid.
