Because glucose is your body’s primary fuel. And when it spikes and crashes, your entire system feels it.

Energy isn’t created by caffeine.

It’s created by stable blood sugar.

But most people don’t realize that.

So when the afternoon crash hits…

when the brain fog rolls in…

when energy suddenly drops…

the solution becomes another cup of coffee.

Coffee can temporarily mask the fatigue.

But it doesn’t fix the glucose crash underneath it.

When blood sugar spikes and drops throughout the day, your body is constantly trying to recover. That’s when you start to feel:
