{Avoiding Crimson Capture}

I am avoiding crimson capture,
Evasive, disappearing, creative rapture.

From crimson moods, to crimson tides, to crimson skies,
I shall not be captured by crimson reds in my mind.

Not looking for or seeing the colors in the Heavens that God created.
But I can't help but see the crimson in the sunsets,
So amazing is the wonder, never man-made you can bet.

The crimson sun-rises are no less amazing. The hues in the clouds radiate the shades as I am gazing.

Avoiding the "mean reds" that's what Natalie Wood said. When the crimson spreads, it lays across the skies in long streaks and treads.
When you stop in your tracks, you stare in awe of the crimson reds.

It's too late, you have been captured by colors, the pink, the blues in the hues, and the creative creation of God's purple threads into vivid reds.

The horizon canvas of colors your eyes reflected, you tried to turn, you're soul was affected,
Alas, you can't avoid the rapture of crimson capture.

The Watch On My Wrist
------------------------------------------
I got it on thrift, this watch on my wrist,
It looks fly, even at a low buy.
It's blue-grey hue meshes well with any color,
And it's big face looks new, looks good on me as well as on any Brother.
Oh sure, it's a man's type,
but on me, it gets any man hyped.
This watch on my wrist is bad and looks great, I couldn't have done any better, if I'd spent twenty times eight.
I got it on thrift, this watch on my wrist.

Too Late ?

Is it too late, ..to be what you want, do what you want?
To try a new thing, is life too taunt?
Is it too late to go where you've never been, see what you've never seen, ...is it too late?
It is never too late, ..NO, to seal your OWN fate, to walk through gates you thought were closed, to set your dates, to meet your mate, to lose that weight that's been heavy in your heart? NO, it's never too late, ...or is it? Can you afford to wait?

When I Look

When I look across the ocean, my eyes first catch the hues of blue.
In the ripples of the water, from the color of the sky.
When I look across the sands, the footprints and hands that sculpt the grains in bland colors of tan.
When I look at the sky that surrounds our Earth, the white clouds that float by, no weight, no shape, no bounds, no girth, but always reminds me of loved ones of worth.
I look to see, down the line, for when I look, I see all the things that I imagine I could be in time.

A CRUSH ON YOU

Lingering in my head
Is what I should have said,
To you last night,
Before going to bed,...

I have a crush on you.
But THAT I think you knew.
You wanted me to say it,
The words, I couldn't make it flow,
To Express that I wanted to put on you,...My Mojo.

I have a crush so much,
That you can feel me
In my own lust.
With every breath I take,
To make love to you, safely
I can say would never be fake.

My emotions are strong,
My mind is weak,
To look into my eyes,
You could drop me to my feet.
To look into my eyes
You could craft my demise,
To look into my eyes
I know I can't deny
My feelings for you
We both know are true.

Why fight the feeling
It's out there now,
To love you a long time,
You can show me how.
To please your desire
And spark in you the fire
That can light up the night,
We'll never tire.

We both KNOW what's going on,
Our lust could last through the dawn.
Till our clocks play the song
To keep us from being too long
Wrapped in each other's arms.

Don't you know it,.. I thought you knew,
That I have a crush on you.

CHEMISTRY

WELL, It's either there, or it isnt.
It should be apparent, or you'll miss it.
You'll mesh well together, or you won't.
If you speak wrong, you'll kill it....
SO DON'T!
When you gaze into each other's eyes,
You should feel no compromise,
Of the connection that transpired
Between two minds tightly wired
In thoughts of each other's desires,
Of what we want to do,
You to me, and me to you.
Time ticks away,
The hours of the day,
The things we want to say
To each other, we can't delay
Or we'll miss the path and the way
To seal the CHEMISTRY,
In hope's it won't sway
That we'll have to display
Our actions in dismay.
The sparks that shoots
Between us is strong
The lust that grew is very long
We should make it work
Before we hear a song that
Makes us feel we are wrong.

DAMM! I want to feel that I belong
In your arms, all the days long.
