Our third employee spotlight for Manufacturing Month is Dirk Irons, who has been at Steinhauser for twelve years as a Press Operator.

Dirk most enjoys long runs on the press, hearing the sounds and just watching the magic of a press running. He is fascinated by the capabilities of our presses.

Dirk spoke about the growth at Steinhauser over the past several years. While growth comes with challenges, he has embraced the learning that comes with it.

Amelia enjoys the variety of jobs and labels she gets to work on.

When asked what she's most proud of, Amelia talked about being able to run most of the finishing machines and materials. She takes pride in being able to figure out any job that comes her way.

In honor of Manufacturing Month, we'll be highlighting the people behind the labels we print all month long.

First up is Liam Dowis, our 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. Liam has been at Steinhauser for seven years.

His favorite part of the job is getting to work with a great team and contributing to projects that improve our operations and support our customers. Liam is always up for a challenge and enjoys finding ways to make processes more efficient.

He's most proud of his work helping to drive improvements within our operations that have made a meaningful impact on efficiency and overall performance. Seeing those efforts produce positive results for both the team and the company has been especially rewarding.

Thanks, Liam, for being such a valuable member of the Steinhauser team! Stay tuned throughout the month to meet more of our team.

Manufacturing Month is here, and it's an opportunity to highlight the importance of manufacturing and positively change perceptions of the industry.

To kick things off, we handed our team disposable cameras and asked them to capture life at Steinhauser through their perspective. The photos offer a candid look inside our shop and the people behind the labels we print.

All month long, we'll be highlighting employees and sharing behind-the-scenes content for a closer look at modern manufacturing. Be sure to stay tuned!

We’re incredibly honored to be named Converter of the Year at the 2026 Labels & Labeling Global Awards!

One judge remarked, “If you look at what the company started as compared to what it is doing today, Steinhauser has reinvented itself around three times across three very different label platforms. The story is fantastic.”

Every evolution of our company has been made possible by a team that is willing to embrace change and learn new skills. Their commitment allows us to keep growing while staying true to who we are.

We’re grateful to the judges for this recognition and proud of the incredible team behind it. Thank you to everyone who has been part of Steinhauser’s story over the past 121 years.

We had a fantastic time at LOUPE connecting with so many people across the industry. Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees. We're honored to be in such great company.
