Last night was all about celebrating our people at Park Aerospace! ✈️

Our team gathered to hear from the employees who had the opportunity to attend EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026. Each year, Park sends employees to experience Oshkosh as one of the unique perks of being part of our team. This year’s attendees shared photos, stories, and highlights from their time at one of the world’s largest aviation events.

We also celebrated employees who continue to demonstrate
Greatness in Action throughout Park.

Recognized for jumping in to assist Maintenance when a line was down without even being asked.

• Gary Trusty — The Mentor
Recognized for making sure employees in his area are properly trained and that safety and PPE remain a priority.

• Dawson Howard — The Solution Seeker
Recognized as an eager self-starter who has already accomplished a great deal in a short time at Park.

• Taira Swiggart — The Solution Seeker
Recognized for bringing fresh ideas to Park and taking the initiative to continue learning more about the materials and products we manufacture.

💪 Customer Flexibility Program

We also recognized employees participating in Park’s Customer Flexibility Program. Employees who demonstrate flexibility and go above and beyond to help support Park when needed. Eligible employees have the opportunity to cross-train, expand their knowledge and skills, and increase their hourly wage.

Park Aerospace Corp. was excited to attend Newton High School’s Railerpalooza 2026! ✈️

We had a great evening connecting with students, families, educators, and members of the Newton community while sharing more about Park Aerospace, careers in aerospace manufacturing, internship opportunities, and the exciting work happening right here in Newton, Kansas.

Events like Railerpalooza give us the opportunity to introduce the next generation to the many career paths available in advanced manufacturing and aerospace—and hopefully inspire a few future members of the Park team along the way!

A big thank you to Newton High School (Kansas) for hosting such a great community event and to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about Park Aerospace. We enjoyed meeting you!
