Martha Hausman is a mediator and negotiator specializing in clergy employment contracts. Martha practiced as a lawyer, in both Washington and New York and has also held various Jewish communal positions. In addition to her law degree, she has a MA in Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Martha enjoys bringing a combination of legal background, Jewish knowledge and rabbinic family e

For fifteen years, Ellen Waldorf has worked as a divorce mediator leading spouses in difficult conversations as they plan for life after divorce. Since founding her own mediation practice in Newton, Massachusetts, www.ewaldorfmediation.com, Ellen has expanded her mediation practice to help families address the challenges of aging and to offer more general dispute resolution services. In 2015, Ellen, the daughter of a rabbi, and Martha, the spouse of a rabbi, cofounded Clergy Works Institute, www.clergyworksinstitute.com, to train rabbis and other clergy in mediation and negotiation skills and provide mediation and negotiation services to clergy and faith communities.
