Pine Avenue Redevelopment Project A group of Business owners working together to promote Business, Economic Development, Beautification and Safety for the Businesses, Residents and Visitors.

Pine Avenue Redevelopment Project is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of residents and businesses along the historic Pine Avenue Business District. Our 2025 Board Officers are President John Caso, Vice President Dave Rulli, Secretary Nico Santangelo, Treasurer Stan Fera, and Board members Charlie Calabro, Ernie Lucantonio, Mike Edwards, Pat Ciccarelli, Rebecca Vincheski, Sam Archie, Tony Poletti, Zyed Abaddi, & Mary Jo Zacher.

Are you a small business on Pine Avenue, or looking to open a new businesss? Grants are available for you! Check out the City’s post on their information meeting this Friday at 10am:

The City of Niagara Falls is hosting a Small Business Property Improvement Grant Program information session on Friday, May 22nd at 10 AM at glidE2 Innovation and Maker Space, 616 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14303.

The program provides grants of up to 50% of total project costs, up to $100,000 per property, to eligible small businesses to foster revitalization of traditional mixed-use business districts.
