Do we refresh gravel parking lots? ABSOLUTELY! This parking lot was full of potholes and low spots holding water, creating a muddy mess. We completely eliminated the potholes and brought gravel in to bring it back up to grade and sloped to drain properly. The season is quickly coming to a close! Repaired a driveway approach here and reshaped and sloped for proper drainage, and disposed of old asphalt and concrete waste left around the property. Dug up and removed old asphalt before the concrete pad that was capped with pea gravel, making it a challenge for the homeowners to pull into their driveway without spinning their tires!
