This one tested the J&M Team!
There were definitely some bumps and bruises along the way, but this crew never quit.
✅ 15,000+ linear feet of open ditch clearing
✅ 4,000+ trees cut and stacked
✅ Tons of riprap placed by hand
✅ 60’ culvert replacement
✅ And let’s not forget the 12” water main replacement that was incorrectly marked on the plans!
We battled just about everything Mother Nature could throw at us—floodwater, mud, blizzards, freezing temperatures, rain, and heat. There were days when throwing in the towel sounded pretty good.
But no one gave up!!!
The crew kept showing up, kept adapting, and kept pushing forward until the job was done.
At the end of the day, this project wasn’t about one person—it was about TEAMWORK. Everyone played a part, everyone stepped up when needed, and everyone worked together to get this one across the finish line.
