When our community needs help, we’re all in. ❤️🐾

Our team at Residence Inn Niles loves our four-legged friends, so we loaded up buckets of ice to help keep the dogs at the Trumbull County Dog Pound cool during this heat.

If you’re able, consider dropping off a bag (or two!) of ice. Every little bit helps keep these pups comfortable until they find their forever homes. 🧡❄️🐶

✨ Party Like a Guest ✨

This year’s Employee Appreciation Week theme was “Party Like a Guest!” 🏨🌴

My team spends every day making sure our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. This week, I wanted to turn the tables and make them the VIPs.

From check-in surprises and Resort Day to treats, prizes, and lots of laughs, I tried to create a week that reminded them just how valued they are.

I’ll be honest—this wasn’t the easiest week to pull together. With two members of my management team currently out on leave, there were moments when I questioned how I was going to make it all happen. But my team deserved to be celebrated, and that was important to me.

I truly hope they know that every surprise, every decoration, every treat, and every little detail came from a place of gratitude. Hospitality isn’t always easy, and this team continues to show up for our guests and for each other every single day.

To my Residence Inn family: thank you. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know. ❤️

Here’s a little peek at some of the fun from our “Party Like a Guest” Employee Appreciation Week! 📸🎉
