The Iowa Ag Expo will return to the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA, on February 3-5, 2026, for its 105th year. With 119 new exhibitors this year and the addition of more booths in the Convention Center Ballroom Level, the Iowa Ag Expo continues to grow and expand.

Spanning 7.25 acres, the Iowa Ag Expo is the third-largest indoor ag show in the United States, following only the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, KY, and the Nebraska Ag Expo in Lincoln, NE. More than 530 exhibitors (685 companies represented) will travel from 29 states, 5 Canadian provinces, and 4 international companies (Belgium, China, Ireland, and the United Kingdom) to display their latest products and services in front of Iowa producers.

What makes the Rogue VT excel at vertical tillage?

▪Soil aeration.

The Rogue can also be used to aerate pastures and hay ground. It breaks up the mat formed by roots and foliage and helps spread out manure piles. This improves fertilizer and water infiltration, increasing hay yield and pasture output.

If you farm in dry conditions, have a thin topsoil layer, or experience compaction issues, vertical tillage might be the ideal fit for your operation.
The goal of vertical tillage is to size crop residue and pin it to the ground, where it decomposes. This makes the residue layer easy to plant into. Nutrients are released back into the soil and moisture is held in, protecting precious topsoil from wind erosion. In addition to prepping the seedbed, deep-fracturing VT tools like the Rogue break up soil compacted by heavy equipment.
