Another kitchen upgrade completed by BBD Handyman Construction! 🔨

This project was much more than simply replacing an appliance. We removed the existing over-the-range microwave and modified the original cabinetry to install a new stainless-steel vent hood while keeping everything looking like it belonged there.

We rebuilt and resized the cabinet sections around the range, modified cabinetry above the window, installed the new vent hood, ran new ductwork through the attic and vented it completely through the roof, including the exterior roof vent and flashing.

After all the modifications were complete, we reworked the cabinet doors, hardware and trim, then painted everything to blend back into the existing kitchen.

Instead of replacing an entire kitchen, sometimes the right modifications can completely change the look and functionality of the space.

From worn-out panels to a fresh face ready for the highway. 🛠️

This billboard needed more than a new advertisement. We removed the old face panels, hauled new material up, rebuilt the upper face with new plywood, and finished it off with a new vinyl.

Working this high above the interstate takes the right equipment, attention to detail, and a crew that knows billboard work.

Another billboard back in service and ready to be seen.

Here’s one that keeps this kitchen job different from your other posts:

Sometimes the right upgrade doesn’t require replacing the whole kitchen. 🔨

For this project, this customer called wanting to replace the over the range microwave with a vent hood that vents out of the roof.

We removed the over-the-range microwave and modified the existing cabinetry to make room for a new stainless vent hood. We rebuilt the cabinet area to keep the original kitchen style, matched the existing finish, and gave the cooking area a cleaner, more functional setup. Then we ran duct up through the ceiling and out of the roof.

Keeping as much of the existing kitchen as possible while making the new work look like it belongs there—that’s the goal.

There’s a lot more behind a billboard than what you see driving down the highway.

This one needed some serious structural attention before new advertising could go up. Our crew reinforced the existing poles, replaced and added framing, installed new horizontal supports and plywood decking, then finished it off with the new billboard faces.

From bare poles and framing to a finished sign ready to be seen from the highway — this is the kind of billboard work we enjoy doing.

Another project completed for Lindmark Billboards, and another structure ready to keep working for years to come.

From bare poles to a finished billboard! 🔨➡️🪧

Another project completed for Lindmark Billboards. This one needed quite a bit more than a simple vinyl change-out.

We stripped the old billboard face down, rebuilt the wood framework, installed new plywood decking, reinstalled the lower metal skirting and Lindmark signage, and finished it off with a new McDonald’s vinyl.

It’s always satisfying seeing a billboard go from basically a bare structure back to a complete, advertising-ready face.

We appreciate Lindmark Billboards continuing to trust BBD Handyman Construction with their billboard installation, repair, and maintenance needs!

Another one knocked out for Lindmark Billboards! 💪

This board needed some attention, so the BBD crew got to work — removing the old material, getting the face prepped, and getting it ready for its next display.

Billboard work isn’t always pretty, easy, or on the ground — but it’s a big part of what we do. From installs and change-outs to repairs, maintenance, and removals, BBD Handyman Construction is ready to get it done.

Another big one wrapped up at the University of Oklahoma! ☝️

Our crew spent 7 days installing and hand-lacing over 1,100 linear feet of custom windscreen around the track facility. A lot of ground covered and some serious Oklahoma heat, but we got it done!

We appreciate OU continuing to trust BBD Handyman Construction with these projects.

Every project has a story, and this one was an honor to be a part of.

A customer who proudly served our country during the Vietnam War and went on to retire from the U.S. Air Force reached out because his home was built with a drop-floor living room. Over the years, that change in elevation had become a challenge, making it difficult to move safely through his home.

We raised the living room floor to match the rest of the house and installed new LVP flooring in both the living room and master bedroom. We also worked around his schedule, completing the project in phases so he could move his belongings between rooms with as little disruption as possible.

Seeing his excitement when he could finally walk through his home on one level without worrying about stumbling made this project especially rewarding.

Thank you for your service, and thank you for trusting BBD Handyman Construction with your home. 🇺🇸
