ctations and industry standards! Here at H&L Pools, we believe that quality customer service is a product of accountability. All of our lifeguards and aquatic staff members are trained annually by the risk management company Jeff Ellis and Associates, Inc. Our lifeguards and staff members are held accountable by unannounced safety audits. It is our guarantee that our staff will provide excellent service from the time your pool opens until it closes! In addition to our management and lifeguard services, we provide high quality private swim lessons that can be set up through the pool manager at guarded facilities. We have partnered with the Starfish Aquatics Institute and have adopted their Starfish Swim School curriculum. All swim instructors are lifeguard and swim instructor certified.
