Where drilling of concrete was required, he did a very neat, professional job with minimal visible impact. He was also able to avoid additional drilling on an exterior patio surface by getting underneath the slab with his injection tool extender to perform the treatment. He set up baits around the entire exterior of the home, and also injected foam into the walls inside the house in three affected rooms. He was extremely nice, humble, and explained everything perfectly. I was very satisfied with the outcome and I'm looking forward to the results via a follow-up in about two weeks. Thank you!
