I can help you estimate a new project, so it takes less time to put a quote together; I can help you schedule the project, to manage when dumpsters or scaffolding or material need to come in, and when cash might need to go out; I can help put together a solid

application for payment, with notarization, before the due date, to ensure proper payment. My motto is "Pint-sized project management for full-service contractors", and my goal is to do more of the tedious paperwork behind the scenes so you can be on site or in front of you clients and get more work.

This image was snapped 25 years ago today as Hurricane Andrew - a Category 5 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale - took aim at South Florida and the National Hurricane Center. I joke that the day of the DaVinci's Faire is my favorite day of the year, but it really almost is. This year, with the help of Wayne Kessler and the Suncoast Science Center Fab Lab, we set up an awesome Kids' Area, with Little Bits and Makey Makey electronics demonstrations, souvenir LED buttons, and my favorite part - the Deconstruction Area! Kids had an opportunity to tear irons, coffee makers, and computers apart. It was SO MUCH FUN! (You know I was getting in on it too, right?)

I look forward to doing this again next year,
