Creating custom panels for your engineering needs:
A benefit of Hydrotex® fabric formwork is that it's highly customizable. Our engineering and manufacturing teams will work to meet the specific customer requirements on any project.
One of the customization options includes the application of zippers with integrated baffles. The baffles serve to divide the panels into separate sections, allowing concrete to be pumped into one section at a time. This ensures that each section can cure properly before connecting and proceeding to the next. Once the manufacturing is complete, it is rolled up and wrapped in black opaque lining with a second layer of polyester woven tubing to ensure the material is weatherproof and protected during shipment.
