We have built strong relationships with manufacturers and the restaurant industry and we are able to purchase restaurant equipment at very fair prices. We carry the leading brands in the industry and a large selection of products including commercial ovens and ranges, refrigeration and ice machines, commercial dishwashers, sinks and faucets, catering and buffet equipment, food preparation equipment, baking and dough equipment, deep fryers, cookers and griddles, cookware and kitchen smallwares, furniture, food display cases and more! ACityDiscount (established in 1973) was born from my father’s desire to maintain an active lifestyle after he sold his last restaurant. He bought restaurant equipment from auctions and shortly after, transformed this hobby into a growing business. By 1999, we struggled to move local stock. Close to closing our doors, we searched for a new way to reach customers. Around this time, we purchased a collection of used coffeemakers. My son, Marty, recommended that we sell them on eBay. The rest is ACityDiscount history! ACityDiscount became an industry leader in e-commerce and later, a national brand. This journey has granted us the opportunity to aid business owners across the country, helped me protect my father’s legacy and build one of my own. I look forward to one day turning ACityDiscount over to my son so he and his children can experience the joys of running a family-owned business. Our customer base is a stir fry of emerging franchises and “mom and pop” businesses. We offer chefs and restauranteurs across the U.S. an opportunity to invest in quality restaurant equipment at prices they won’t find anywhere else. Meanwhile, our brick and mortar location supports online operations by allowing us to keep pertinent and seasonal items in stock, saving customers shipping expenses and time. Our online operations create another avenue for customers to review, research and purchase items. ACityDiscount’s story serves as a model for aspiring entrepreneurs. Embracing change is one of the tenets of business ownership. So is taking care of customers… Log on to our website to watch us excel at both. Happy Shopping,
