🎥 THE CAMERA RECORDS THE ENCOUNTER. TRAINING SHAPES THE DECISIONS.

Body cameras have become an important part of modern policing, but the conversation goes far beyond simply recording what happens.

Madison, Wisconsin, has announced plans to equip officers with body cameras by the end of 2027, alongside discussions about closer review of officer performance.

For law enforcement, this raises an important question: How do we use these recordings to become better at what we do?

Body camera footage can be a valuable tool for:

🔹 Decision-making under pressure — Evaluating how officers assess rapidly evolving situations.

🔹 Communication and de-escalation — Examining how words, tone, and tactics influence an encounter.

🔹 Report writing and articulation — Ensuring officers can clearly explain their observations, actions, and decisions.

🔹 Training and professional development — Turning real-world encounters into opportunities to learn, improve, and prepare for future calls.

🔹 Accountability and transparency — Supporting appropriate review of incidents while strengthening public trust.

A camera can capture what happened. But it takes training, sound judgment, and effective leadership to help officers make better decisions when it matters most.

🚨🤘 WHATCHA GONNA DO, BROTHER?! 🤘🚨

Let me tell you something, MEAN GENE! When we rolled into Pigeon Forge this week, we found Hogan’s Wrestling Shop, and for $25, you could step inside that squared circle and have yourself a WHOLE WRESTLING MATCH! 💪💥

Now, I’ve been running wild my whole life, BROTHER, and when I saw that ring, I knew what had to be done! It was time to drop a promo, bring the thunder, and show everybody what happens when the red, white, and blue comes running through those ropes! 🇺🇸🔥

I didn’t come to Pigeon Forge to sit on the sidelines, JACK! I came to get in that ring, flex these 24-inch pythons (give or take a few inches 😂), and let the whole world know that the madness is RUNNING WILD!

A huge THANK YOU to the Northwood, New Hampshire Police Department for hosting Pinnacle TCI! We appreciate the hospitality, the opportunity to bring our training to your department, and the awesome shoutout on your welcome sign! 🙌

This may have been a smaller class, but don’t ever mistake a small class for a small impact!

At Pinnacle TCI, we care more about getting quality training into the hands of law enforcement than anything else. If we can make a class happen, we’re going to do everything we can to make it happen. Period.

We know that not every class is going to be packed, and not every training opportunity is going to look the same. But if there are officers who want to learn, grow, sharpen their skills, and better serve their communities, we want to be there for them.

📚🇺🇸 Investing in the next generation of readers and leaders!

Pinnacle TCI was proud to sponsor a book reading at St. Michael’s School featuring our friend, Riley Tejcek! More than 100 students from Pre-K through 3rd grade attended, and the reading was a huge hit! 🙌

We’re grateful to have played a small part in bringing this experience to these young students. Investing in the next generation goes beyond the classroom. It’s about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and encouraging the future readers and leaders who will shape our world. ❤️

Let’s be honest, a lot of us in law enforcement have a sweet tooth. And if you’ve ever attended one of our training classes, you already know we’re not the type to tell you that you can’t eat in class! 🙌

📸 SPOTTED IN THE WILD: PINNACLE! 👀⛰️

One of the things we absolutely LOVE is when our followers send us pictures of the word PINNACLE out in the wild! 😂

Whether it’s a road sign, a business, a mountain, a building, or something completely random, we get a kick out of seeing where else our name shows up out there in the world. 🌎

We’ve built Pinnacle TCI around law enforcement training, investigations, and helping others reach the pinnacle of their investigative careers. But apparently, the name has a life of its own! 🤣
