"Why Your Weightloss Goals Seem So Hard" -
There are plenty of reason why getting into shape can be hard😥. There is so much information that we don't know where to start. However, it's important to understand key aspects that make the journey seem harder than it truly is👆.
It is important to focus on yourself and be patient with your own . It can be easy to get feel like you'll never reach the goals of others on social media🤳. You can't fall for the tricks used to get you to buy products and services that don't work🚫.
You have to make sure that you focus on proper along with . There is no cheating a bad , and you can quickly ruin any progress you make from exercise.
I have been grateful for the individuals I have followed on social media that hold the same values as I do 👥. If your journey feels impossible, you might simply be following the wrong types of people. Look for those that are encouraging others, instead of just showing off.

"Stop Complicating Your Fitness Goals" by
It's important to understand that living a healthy lifestyle is relatively simple. Eat nutritious foods and get some form of activity in daily. However, we tend to send more time looking for the "secrets" to get results and end up not doing anything.
The best way to get results is to find a strategy that looks good to you, and sticking to it for 6-8 weeks. If you like the way the things are going then continue to follow the program. If not, then figure where you can adjust.

Don't waste time trying to figure out how you are going to make it to the gym or make time to go for a run in the park 🚫 It is simply about increasing your physical activity within whatever time you have available.
I talk about this all the time because it is a common place we tend to get caught on. Instead of trying to find an hour for the gym😰, find 10 minutes in your bedroom for bodyweight exercise☝️. This could be playing around the house with kids, push-ups, squats, a short workout form Youtube etc.
Please do not think the gym in the only way to get fit. It is about finding something that makes you comfortable and fits YOUR schedule.
Exercise does not have to start out as a huge block of time in your day⏱️, doing anything to get your heart working will benefit you in the long-term ✅.

Quick Tip: Don’t do a ton of weight on a lift because you’re afraid of looking weak🚫 Everybody had to start somewhere and your progress is on your own time👌.
Of course it is good to push your limits, however if you can’t do the exercise correctly or you feel you strained a muscle, you need to go down in weight.
Trust me, it is easy to tell when someone is “ego lifting” and should not be using the amount of weight 🤷🏽‍♂️

The first thing we do when we look to make a change in our life is "there is no way I can make time for this right now." However, whether you thing so or not, that is just as excuse🚫. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can start making the steps to changing💡.
The start to getting healthier is definitely a challenge, but can be overcome with proper effort😤. Whenever you doubt yourself, remember that there is multiple people in a similar, if not much worse, starting point that you are right now and have found success☀️. If they were able to do it, then you have to believe that you can do the same.
Don't be too hard on yourself and think about why you are starting the journey. Make it a choice to get better yourself each day to get better. You can become someone else's example how to get over the hurtles of life.

Find a way to get the body, the , and that you've always wanted🔍. There is nothing different about you that someone else hasn't overcome! You can do it and now is the time to make it happen‼️.

Have you ever looked around the gym and wondered why you see the shoes on the left in the gym? There can't be any good reason to where these types of shoes? Aren't you always suppose to wear athletic shoes? 🤔.
Well the answer is each type of shoe serves different purposes☝️. Similar to how your footwear matters in team sports, your footwear in the gym can make a pretty significant difference in your workout👀.
1️⃣Converse and Vans (flat sole)🏋🏽: The reasons why these shoes are helpful are the same reasons you may see people lifting in their socks👣.
These allow for you to have a flat, stable surface when performing leg exercises like squats and deadlifts. The sole allows you to feel the ground under you without too much cushion between that should cause you to shift when pushing against weight
2️⃣Running Shoes🏃🏽: Well obviously as the name implies, these shoes are the best for running on treadmills, tracks and ellipticals.
Likewise, if you are performing exercises that involve jumping or any other lower body impact movements you want to have shoes that have the proper amount of cushion to absorb that impact.
Think about these short tips when you're deciding on what to pick for your next gym workout. There are plenty of other categories of footwear that fall in between. Making a small switch can make those squats feel a little easier, relieve knees of pain, add more minutes to your cardio and much more!

No matter what some commercials and "experts" would like you to believe, there is no secret formula you're missing out on to get the results you want🚫. If that was the case, everyone in the world would be doing the same meal and exercise plan😨.

The hard truth is that that are endless ways to get the results you want and it's up to YOU to pick what's best for you🏋️.

Listen, I understand how hard it is to see other people getting results on a particular diet and think you've been doing it all wrong😰. There are plenty of extreme ways to lose weight. However, you have to ask yourself can you see yourself continuing the plan in the long-term🤔.

Forcing yourself to go from no exercise to 5-6x per week, doing some diet with foods you hate or judging yourself for every mistake are the top 3 ways you WON'T get the goals you want😡.

This is a huge reason why I tell people not to pay much attention to the scale‼️ . When you are to get more active and weight train, you are going to replace the top of the picture with the bottom🔑.

The scale will not be able to show you that🚫, and all of the other reasons why you may be seeing an increase of weight (like increased water intake).

For those of you looking to get "toned" this is what you are actually trying to do. Replace the fat with muscle that will cause you to look slimmer, but be at the same relative weight (maybe even higher 😶)

Instead, judge your progress based on how your clothes are fitting👕👖👗, or difference in feelings while doing normally difficult tasks 🤗 .
