We are thrilled to share that ARDX has received an "across-the-board" Exceptional rating in the federal Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)—marking our fifth consecutive year of top-tier performance!

Earning a perfect, multi-category Exceptional rating on this system is extremely rare, occurring in only about 10% of all federal evaluations. Under strict federal guidelines, simply doing exactly what a contract asks only warrants a baseline "Satisfactory" score. To achieve "Exceptional," a partner must deliver proactive, innovative, and outstanding results that significantly exceed requirements and heavily benefit the government.

Congratulations to the ARDX REGTAP Team on a successful REGTAP Cybersecurity and Risk Assessment Program (CSRAP) Security Audit!

The Registration for Technical Assistance Portal (REGTAP) serves as a centralized resource for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) information, technical assistance, training, and guidance supporting the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace community.

As part of ARDX’s support of REGTAP, our team helps ensure the platform and its resources are delivered with the quality, reliability, and security required to support CMS and REGTAP users.

That commitment was demonstrated during the recent CSRAP Security Audit. The REGTAP system and team demonstrated a strong and mature security posture, successfully completing the security audit with zero findings.
