ACME Animal Control

Our last honey bee removal job of the season! These bees were removed out of an apartment ceiling in Newport News, Va, then transported to one of our local honey bee keepers. All the bees seen flying around are actually from other hives kept on the beekeepers property. They wanted to come clean-up all this excess honey from the colony we were dropping off. As you can see, bees typically are not aggressive or sting unless they are protecting their hive. For humane wildlife and honey bee removal services call ACME today! 757-962-0030

Bats roosting inside an attic gable vent in Williamsburg, Va. This is the best and easiest situation to remediate. The bats have not breached through the screen and are just under the louvers of the gable vent. We easily coaxed them out and then screened the vent from the exterior with an animal proof screening to prevent the situation from getting worse, all covered with a 100% guarantee. Remember to call ACME "Animal Control Made Easy" for humane wildlife removal and exclusion services!...757-962-0030 acmeanimals.com

Job Type: Bats
Location: Virginia Beach (Oceanfront)
Call: Tenant reported finding live bats inside the bathroom area. Upon inspection, we found a bat colony living inside the attic and crawling down a void in the wall.
Solution: Once the young bats were old enough to fly, ACME techs found and sealed off all access points and installed one way bat cones to allow all bats to safely exit. Once the attic was reinspected and all bats were excluded, we then returned to clean/remove the accumulations of bat f***s and disinfected/sanitized the entire attic area.

Here's a Northern water snake that found its way into a customers pond and started eating all the small koi and gold fish. We successfully found and removed the snake and relocated it back into the lake behind the property. It was suggested to install a small fence or barrier around the pond to help prevent any future unwanted guests. Location: Virginia Beach, VA

We found a cicada killer hornet taking a break from hunting cicadas today and enjoying an over ripe pear. Location: Norfolk, Va

A Virginia Beach woman says a routine pool cleaning turned into a frightening experience after a bat hiding inside her electronic pool cleaner bit her finger.

Jamie Fiore said she was pulling a stick out of the pool cleaner when she felt something bite her.

"I just reached in and grabbed a stick and the bat was stuck in there with his bat wing," Fiore said.
