We had some fun with Ionic DeZign Studios, Inc.! 😄
After delivering prints to their office Eugene Thompson asked if we could bring them to his home instead and of course we said yes!
When we got there, the first question was… “Where are the cookies?” 🍪
Oops… those stayed at the office with the original delivery!
Thanks to Ionic Dezign for keeping things fun and making us laugh! We love clients like this!

Gratitude, Inspiration, and Community Impact! 💼☕

A heartfelt thank you to Better View Windows & More and owner John Otocka for hosting this week’s Hampton Roads Chamber Morning Member Meetup.

John’s words about Better View’s mission were incredibly moving, a powerful reminder that business can and should be about more than just products and services. With a commitment to providing over 10,000 meals each month to those in need, both locally and globally, and supporting construction projects for churches, the underserved, and disabled veterans, Better View is truly leading by example.

It was also wonderful to connect with fellow members and welcome new faces to the Chamber family.

BDS Hits the Greens! ⛳🍪🥛
Yesterday, our team had the pleasure of being the print sponsor for the 2025 GET/Terracon Golf Tournament at Cypress Point Country Club!
We printed all the golf signs for the event and then Connor and I cruised the course in a golf cart handing out our signature “cookies and milk” (okay… they were actually shots 😄). If you know BDS, you know we’re famous for our fresh-baked cookies that go out with our prints!
It was a fantastic day connecting with clients, future clients, and friends while supporting the Rollie Dubbe Endowment for ODU scholarships.
Highlights? An alpaca and farm animals on the course (yes, really 🦙), the Kimley-Horn crew Kevin Vanord, Kyle Long, Laurence Benson, and Ethan Alexander enjoying cookies and shots, and Scott Lovell and John Hendrickson from STV rocking their Cinco de Mayo gear with event lead Cindy Nash. 🎉
Big thanks to GET/Terracon and Cindy for including us in such a well-run, fun-filled event. We were proud to be part of it!

It just keeps getting better! We purchased BDS Print Shop a year ago from a lovely family. It warms my heart to welcome my son, Connor, to the family business. It is pure joy to have him join our amazing and talented print team after returning from five years of teaching in Vietnam with his sister.
