Hello friends –any journal writers out there? Dream journals, diaries, travel journals … I love them all. Besides chronicling my life and my dreams, they’re where I discover what I didn’t know I already knew, through the magic of staying on the page. In early 2025, I decided to try the Five Minute Journal. I’ve enjoyed it so much I’ve gifted it to some of my clients who like to write. What’s your favorite way to journal?

[TLDR: I’ve re-visited This SLP Life and am inspired to start a coaching group this fall. You’re invited.]
I wrote “This SLP Life: Powerful self-care practices to embrace change” for SLPs and all of you who put your heart into your work and your life and find yourselves in need of refreshment and re-centering as you grapple with change.
Coaching, both 1:1 and in a group, is powerful, deep work that brings you back to the beauty of who you are and the truth you want to live. I see this again and again in the amazing clients I coach, both individually and in groups.
Maybe you’d like to experience this too. If so, I’m thrilled to share with you that I’m facilitating a 6-week coaching group this fall.
