Goals:

1. Community Building and Ownership centered around food and health.

2. Objectives:

1. Teach Healthy Food Preparation.

Community Health - Grow NTRceutikals (nutriceuticals),to include local foods, and target towards common community ailments.

3. Education/Employment/job creation - Help stimulate and/or create the local food economy and related industries to promote ownership, coops, and jobs.

4. Produce Income - value added products, specialty produce, non-traditional nc produce and markets. Donate food to nee

dy families, individuals and organizations.

2. Establish Freedom Farm Fit Club/NaTuRe's Gym.

3. Help design and implement Production and Distribution components.

4. Teach Food preservation and storage.

6. Establish a Food Buying Club, especially for "health foods" and nutriceuticals to address illnesses/health maintenance.

7. Help transform and design space into permacultured, organic and sustainable community gardens/farms/coops.

8. Teach organic, sustainable farming.
