Hey, Zeeps! It's almost time for "Blue Hour"! 💙💦 Join Lisa & me for Aqua Zumba today at 4:30pm at the OU Pool. Only a few weeks left to cool off in the pool while getting fit! If you don't have a membership to the pool, it's okay! $5 (+tax) will get you in the door to splash away those pre-Monday blues! Bring water and don't forget to slather on that sunscreen at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class. Sunglasses and hats are optional, but they sure make you look cool as you as you splash to the beat of awesome music! 😎

Heyyy, Friends! Where ya been, Locas?! Ready for some fun in the sun? 🌞 Aqua Zumba starts tomorrow, June 7, at 4:30pm at the OU Pool! Hopefully, the rain will stay away because we're ready to boogie!!! 💃🏾 Seems like forever since our last pool partaaaay! 🥳 Join Zhaohui Li & me to kick off the summer with a big SPLASH!!! 🌊 Bring a towel, water, sunglasses, and slather on some sunscreen at least 20 minutes before class. 🧴🤗 I recommend wearing a swimsuit that stays in place because with all the movement in the water, swimsuits tend to move as well! 🫣 Water shoes are helpful, but not required. Entry is free if you have a membership; otherwise, it's $5 (+ tax) to attend Aqua Zumba and enjoy the pool before and/or after class. Let's have some fun drowning those stubborn calories! If there are particular (existing) songs you'd like on the playlist, drop them below! 🎶 👇🏾 Can't wait to see you all!
