Been blessed to work with the folks of via Itron and TRC/WSP on the smart grid integration project--phases one and two. Change Management. Communications. Training. The potential of smart grid is to improve customer service, power generation delivery, grid maintenance, and more generation from renewables. It's a win-win for customers, the department, and the environment.

Remember communications is about telling a story. If people won't read it, you will not get results. Great advice from PRSA member and well-respected communications writer/trainer .
