Four Hoof Drive

Four Hoof Drive Ranch Sorting Ranch Sorting is an event that pits a team of two riders on horseback against the clock.

Teamwork is the key with both riders working in harmony to cut out the correct cattle and drive them to the pen while keeping the wrong numbered cattle back. There are several variations of ranch sorting with one, two or three riders on the team, but all require sorting the cattle from one pen to the other in the correct order. We focus on fun, so if you're new to the sport, this is the place to come and get your feet wet!

We had the last clinic of the year yesterday with Terri Lindley. We had a total of 11 riders and everyone was able to learn a lot from Terri. We worked on obstacles and learning how to use the aides to navigate them.

We have not planned any other events for the remainder of 2016. However, watch our page and if something comes up we will be sure and post it here. Thank you all for coming to Terri's clinics!

The Terri Lindley Clinic - Applying the Aids for Navigating Obstacles - will be rescheduled to October 22, 2016 because of the extreme heat and high humidity expected on July 23. If you are registered in this clinic we will be contacting you to let you know the status. We had had several people call and cancel because of the heat so we made the decision to move the clinic to the fall so it would be cooler. If you are interested in the clinic, please message us at Four Hoof Drive and we will get you entry forms for the new clinic.
