Team Spotlight on Aleil LeGare
Please join us in recognizing our outstanding Customer Service (CS) Scheduling Representative Intern, Aleil LeGare, as our Philly Spotlight this month. Aleil is currently attending West Chester University, where he is pursuing a degree in Communications. During his school breaks, he returns to work with our CS team, continuing the remarkable journey he began as a senior in high school. Throughout his time with Always Best Care, Aleil has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence. Aleil has also built strong relationships with our clients and caregivers, approaching every interaction with patience, understanding, and empathy. His ability to listen, communicate effectively, and provide thoughtful solutions exemplifies the level of service we strive to deliver every day. His positive attitude and collaborative spirit make him a valued member of our team, and his return is always welcomed with enthusiasm by both colleagues and leadership.
