During this season of thankfulness and gratitude we at LWR want to recognize, acknowledge and give thanks to our newest hire.
Mike started with us part time 3 years ago and transitioned into a full time postion on September 1 of this year. Mike is a father, son, brother, friend and Marine. He served as a Motor T mechanic from 2008-2011 and deployed to Iraq for 14 months in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After his service to our Nation he came home, back to the farm, where he continues to pursue his passion and family tradition of farming. Mike finds great fulfillment in growing food and raising animals to feed and nourish the ones he cares most about. He continues to uphold the core values of his beloved Marine Corps, Honor, Courage and Commitment in his day to day life. We are proud to have him aboard with us and look forward to his future here. Thank you for your service to this country, your commitment to this small family business, and your friendship. Semper Fi 🇺🇸

This was one of those tough ones, cylinder head came off the machine for some broken bolt extraction. With the hour meter reading over 10,000 we figured it was time for a set of injectors while we were in there. This one did not want to come out. It ended up needing to be pressed out. Big thanks to Brad Moulton at Moulton’s Metalworks for the help so we could get this dozer up and running.
