Spending more time outside this summer? A little sunscreen goes a long way. ☀️
✅ Use broad spectrum sunscreen that filters both UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF of 15 or higher.
✅ Apply a thick layer on all exposed skin, including easy to miss spots like the nose, ears, and tops of feet.
✅ Reapply if you stay out in the sun for more than 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, or toweling off.
