Triple-S Future Leadership Council The Future Leadership Council provides a forum for the next generation of leaders of Triple S to network on topics related to growing our businesses.

The purpose of the Future Leadership Council is to provide a forum for the next generation of leaders of Triple S to meet and network on topics related to growing our businesses. It is also formed to foster camaraderie among the next generation of leaders within Triple S and serve as a 'think tank' for the future strategic direction of Triple S. The council will also have a role in advising the Bo

ard of Directors on such issues. FLC members must be employed by a Triple-S Member/Dealer. Only group members may vote or hold Group Office. Only Future Leadership Council members in good standing may act on behalf of the group. Members must attend one meeting per calendar year to be considered in good standing. The council is open to members of management teams that are considered by present management to be the future leaders of their respective companies. FLC and its members shall not discriminate against any individuals for reasons of race, national origin, color, religion, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, and/or ability status.
