To say we’re excited to be a part of this project is an understatement.

The new Louisiana-Pacific siding facility in North Branch is quite literally being built in our backyard, just across the street from our shop.

At roughly 120 acres, this has been a massive undertaking. Our crews have been busy grading nearly 40 acres of parking, shaping approximately 20 acres of ponds, excavating the 350,000 sq. ft. building.

At the same time, we’ve been working on the Fletcher Avenue improvements, helping bring sewer, water and infrastructure to support this development and future growth in the area.

We’re proud of every project we’re a part of, but there’s something different about helping build a project of this scale right here in North Branch- a place we call home.

Most of all, we’re proud of our crew. A project this size takes a lot of people, equipment and long days to keep everything moving.

We’re proud to be doing our part in a project that will have an impact on our community for years to come.

The dirt world.

There’s something pretty rewarding about taking a piece of untouched ground and watching it completely transform.

Long before anyone sees the finished buildings, there’s a whole lot of work happening below them.

Dirt moved. Utilities installed. Grades built. Foundations dug. Problems solved.

Then one day you look back at the first picture and realize how far you’ve come.

Thanks to Ronny & the entire crew who have been a part of this milling job! Long days, late nights and plenty of moving pieces, but this crew kept showing up and getting it done. We appreciate every driver, operator, and especially Ron for keeping this circus moving 😅🚧

Building the future starts from the ground up.

Our crew is making great progress on this battery energy storage facility, from precision grading trucking materials, and utility work to preparing the site for the next phase of construction. Proud of the work our team continues to deliver.

Another project taking shape in Brooklyn Park.

Our crew is putting the finishing touches on the 120,000 sq. ft. Parkside 610 development while also wrapping up work next door at The Brook Apartments. It’s rewarding to see this area continue to grow and to know we’ve had a hand in building it.

From mass grading to final sitework, we’re proud of the work our team puts in every day. Looking forward to seeing another great project come to life.
