Another "Sounds like they may come thru the ceiling.." kinda job.

Another homeowner nearly had a racc**n come thru their ceiling..
Drywall was saturated with racc**n urine..making it weak enough to scratch thru pretty quickly. Was able to remove the four cubs and mom c**n.
Now this homeowner has aluminum sofit repair..replacement of insulation and ceiling patch yet to be done..

Bird work..not so much..
Sparrows pecked holes thru this cedar siding
