Thank you to all who attended the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS' annual summer conference in August at Trident Tech. Sponsors for the event dazzled attendees with innovative and fun booths, and CTAR members gained insights on current real estate trends and ideas for weaving storytelling into listings. And finally, CTAR leadership challenged members to get more involved to create change in the local economy and strengthen property rights. We'll see y'all next year!

Join small, local business owners and leaders to learn about the City of North Charleston's Unified Development Ordinance — a critical effort to rewrite the rules that guide how the city grows. Attendees will engage in intentional dialogue to help the city understand their concerns and vision for future growth with zoning and planning policies that could affect them.

Our recent installment of Advocacy Over Coffee brought us to North Charleston with special guests Mayor Reggie Burgess and South Carolina State Representative Courtney Waters.

Paradiso proved to be the perfect backdrop as Realtors were invited to hear more about North Charleston's priorities from Mayor Burgess and the latest update out of the state house from Representative Waters.
