Team Member is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards accurately producing each food order. He or she is also responsible for educating themselves and our customers about our products. The Team Member will fulfill any other duties the management assigns and will represent the company in a professional manner. This position is responsible for preparing beverages and food, taking payment, cleaning duties, follow all health and safety standards, and interact with and responding to guest needs.

Responsibilities

▪ Create a quality product in a timely fashion

▪ Report all pertinent information to manager and/or owner

▪ Close out POS System

▪ Maintain consistency while following recipes

▪ Maintain a clean work environment

▪ Provides fast, friendly, accurate, professional & responsive customer service to guests and team members.

▪ Accurately inputs all orders into the POS terminal. Accurately posts all transactions on the

POS terminal giving correct change; account for cash, charge & complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls & responsibilities.

▪ Maintains company funds and equipment in an orderly manner.

▪ Prepares food and drink orders for guests using prescribed recipes and standards.

▪ Represents the company in a professional and exemplary manner in both body language and attitude, that promotes the success of the restaurant to guests, staff, and any other parties.

▪ Resolve guest complaints expeditiously and communicates any problems or situations detrimental to the Manager.

▪ Responsible for periodic cleaning tasks assigned by management.

▪ Performs all other duties as assigned by the company.

▪ Adhere to company standards including personal hygiene and appearance

▪ Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling

Qualifications

▪ Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

GENERAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Have a clear understanding of the EXIT System.
Always present a professional image of the company both in person and on the telephone.
Keep the reception area neat and take an interest in the decoration of the office during special times of the year.
Set up and maintain office files and records. Ensure that the filing system is clear in the event of the illness or absence of the administrator.
Answer all incoming calls and connect those callers to the person requested and take clear messages if they are unavailable, or their mailbox is full. Ensure that all messages are delivered promptly and accurately. Always repeat numbers when on the line with callers to improve accuracy.
Retrieve and distribute messages from the answering service promptly.
Distribute all incoming mail.
Remind sales representatives when mail has not been picked up within a reasonable time.
Process any outgoing mail making sure to record postage to be charged to associates. Notify the Supervisor when postage is low.
Retrieve and distribute any faxes promptly. It is good office policy to always notify an agent when a fax has been received for them.
Maintain office supplies; control inventory and order supplies when needed.
Have a good understanding of how the various office equipment is operated and instruct new sales representatives in the proper use of the telephones, fax machine, and photocopier.
Communicate effectively with co-workers. It is a good idea to keep a book at the front desk in which notes are kept for the next shift that will take over.
Greet visitors to the office and provide them with refreshments if desired and make refreshments when necessary.
Send reminders to sales associates regarding duty time and notify the Administrator if this time commitment is not met. Keep a log of all duty calls received and to whom they were distributed.
Arrange for equipment repair or replacement when necessary.
Assist the Broker or manager in the negotiation for the purchase or lease of new equipment and or maintenance contracts.
Inform the Broker or Manager of anything that may reflect negatively on the EXIT franchise, EXIT International or the Exit System.
