Natalia will be teaching a Chair Yoga Pop up on October 23rd at 1 pm

Here’s a little about Natalia
Natalia Guzman is from Dominican Republic and lives in Eastham with her husband, son and little chihuahua.

Alongside getting her yoga certification from the Kripalu Center, she has a Masters in Psychology and is a national board certified health and wellness coach. Her hope is that by bringing our full selves in mind, body and spirit consistently into the present moment, we can find true alignment and inner peace. In her class, you can expect some challenge, space for self-inquiry and reflection and lots of gentle playfulness as well.

She is honored to be of service to the wonderful community at Chatham Works!
