Last-minute touches on another custom enclosed drone trailer build before it heads to Tennessee! 🚛💨

Over the past couple months, we've been working through some growing pains as we've been short-staffed. While that has made things a little more challenging, it hasn't slowed our commitment to delivering the quality products and service you expect from Soft Wash Depot.

Over the past few months, we've received an incredible amount of support from our customers, and we just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

To everyone who has placed an order, stopped by the shop, called us, sent us a message, or recommended Soft Wash Depot—we truly appreciate you.

We also want to thank those who have shared their frustrations with us. Whether it was through a review, a Facebook post, or a phone call, we hear you. As someone who has been in this industry for years, I understand how frustrating it is when you're waiting on parts or equipment that you need to keep your business running.

The truth is, we're not Amazon. We're a family-owned business with a dedicated team that's been wearing multiple hats while working through an overwhelming number of orders. We've been short-staffed, but that hasn't stopped our team from showing up every day and giving it everything they've got.

The good news is we're actively hiring additional warehouse staff and installers to help us get caught up and continue providing the level of service you deserve. We've been sorting through applications and working hard to bring the right people onto our team.
