We were called in to take over this house lot from a different excavation contractor…..it’s pretty unbelievable the lack of care some contractors have. This is why you don’t automatically go with the lowest bidder! In three days we had all the tree debris off the lot, back filled graded and prepped for flat work! Here are before and after pics.

Today we were able to raise this old home 2” to give the homeowner a level room. We also installed a new sill and concrete piers to give the builder a proper base to work off! Next we will be excavating all the dirt from under the home and installing a v***r barrier.

Qualifications;
-Must have a minimum of three years experience in operation of an excavator.
-Valid drivers license.
-Experience in reading foundation plans and know how to excavate the plan with quality and pride.
-Must be able to take corrective criticism when needed.
-Must be able to perform basic grading and understand water mitigation control.
-Must be able to manage a small crew of ground workers.
-Abel to grease and clean out your machine daily.
-Keep work vehicles clean.
-Proactively communicate with other management on the daily operations of your construction site.
-Read plans and lists and complete them until 100% finished your tasks.
-Must be able to operate mini excavators, large excavators and skid steer.
