WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Sometimes we need your help to “get the ball rolling”. Our primary role as agents is to facilitate enrollments into plans. We love to help and go above and beyond our enrollment function with other issues that may arise, but, many times, the first step is with YOU! A problem or issue has to be addressed by the client to the insurance carrier’s customer service department (the toll-free number is always on the back of your ID card) before we can get involved or get our reps involved. It has to be documented with the carrier that an issue exists prior to us getting involved to aid in getting said issue resolved. We know that when you call us for help, the last thing you want to hear is us telling you to call customer service… BUT this is usually the first step needed to get that “help ball” rolling, especially when it comes to problems with billing information or something with an automated bank draft. The carriers won’t discuss financials with us at all! We need your participation in the help process. No system is perfect, but we will do our best to help you navigate a system that we do not make the rules for. Thank you in advance for your help, participation, cooperation and patience in getting issues resolved. We will always do our best for you!
