Medical Office Saves $ with Professional Office Equipment.

Supreme Office Technology recently received a telephone call from a new customer that was having trouble with their HP printing system.
It seemed that their HP product needed to be replaced just about every year. And while the HP product had a relatively low purchase price the cost of color ink and toner was a significant burden on their office expenses. So the called Supreme Office Technology for help.

After assessing the customers’ needs and budget Supreme Office Technology recommended The Ecosys M5526cdw, desktop color Multi-Functional Product (MFP). After a close inspection of the value of purchasing a new machine and the lower operating cost of the M5526cdw the customer gave Supreme Office Technology the go ahead to install the equipment.

The equipment was installed in the new customer’s office today. The entire office staff was pleased to find that new equipment had a faster output speed than their old HP product and was also much quieter as well. The staff was also impressed with the Scan to folder and email functionality of the M5526cdw and completely satisfied with the installation services performed by Supreme Office Technology.
